New goodies

We have some new stuff that I thought some of you would be interested in seeing.

We did a new bumper for race guys. I know alot of you street guys won't be interested, but we are doing them in fiberglass and I will know tomorrow what we are looking at for doing them in carbon fiber. Here are some pics, althought it hasn't been installed to show it on the car yet. This is kind of like a preview

We also now have some new oil filter pedestals out. I am not sure if I told you guys about them yet and I can't search to see if I did. Those are also on the same page as the bumpers. Here is a pic of that piece:

Those use the stock o-rings (we include a new pair with them) and the stock studs and nuts as the stock oil pedestal. You might be seeing these at a few of the larger RX-7 webstores

We might start on some more body parts in CF and FG, but we need to do some sales of the current pieces to get back on top to start developing other large body parts. You guys will know when we have something in the works

Here is a link for more info on the new stuff:

The bumper is solid so you can custom fit your brake ducts. I don't know of any racers that don't use ducting and so forth on their cars. This way it will be only what they want it to be. Allows for any type of custom fitting.

Will the bumpers only work with Mountain Dew, or is any brand ok? I've heard some people are having problems with Coke cans.

Pfftt.. it's just an ordinary box with a cleverly re-fabricated 'Mazda' logo imprinted on it.
Can't you tell by the telltale red sticker on the side?! Amateurs

Anyone that orders Mazda parts from Mazda knows that all of their boxes look like that, and the red sticker is the UPS 2nd Day Air thank you very much

And no the cans must be Mountain Dew. There is no exception to this rule.

Have you guys considered a CF driveshaft? Maybe that's to hard or time consuming I don't know, but I'd deffinatly buy one for ~$300-500. Let me know if you ever make or consider one. Thanks

Yeah we thought about it, but we haven't really looked into it yet to really see if it is something that is realistic for our CF guy. We might have to outsource that to someone else in the automotive field to do. You never know though

I don't know what road race sanctioning bodies that would allow that bumper. Maybe for the drag crowd. Possibly for the open track guys, but the concern would be killing the thing if the car ever went off course.

Oh, I forgot. RX7 racers NEVER go off course!

Nice work, though.
