new to the forum and new to a mazda

greetings all. i know this forum has a search function and all that i just couldnt find the answer i was looking for (forgive the poor nooby) i know this subject has probably been beat to death buttttttt...........is it possible to turbo my none turbo 88 rx7. if so what changes do i need to make, or would it be better to just find a 88 turbo and do a conversion. my car is in near perfect condition (looks and running wise) and id really hate to have to get into all the conversion stuff. thanks in advance for your replies......

oh and by the way....the car has like 72K miles and the owner (my friend) recently installed a new motor, not even 200 miles on it, the whole drivetrain has been upgraded so take that into account please....thanks
