Does anyone know if a 91' turbo II clutch disk will fit a non turbo FC? I'm gonna buy an fc, but the one that i test drove needs some clutch work. thanks.

If it "needs clutch work" be sure to check all of the aspects of the clutch!
Flywheel surface
clutch disc
pressure plate
release bearing
pilot bearing
Depending on the milage all of the above items are prone to wear, unless you like to do things more then once (ie. trans removal), these should all be checked and done at the same time.
FWIW, I like my ACT street/strip set-up, nice smooth engagement and no chatter like the Exedy (OEM) units that they replaced.
