New Clutch

I just ordered a Centerforce stage 3 dual friction cluth kit for my 1986 NA. What else do i need, just the release bearing right?(is this same thing as the throw out bearing)

Yup, release bearing same as throwout bearing. Not sure what's in the kit, but make sure you replace the pilot bearing and seal also.

Yeah plan on resurfacing the flywheel, and i'll get the pliot bearing and release bearing from napa, where can i get the seal?
