new BAC gasket... what should i expect?

new BAC gasket... what should i expect?

right now it has a gasket maker silicone thing and it seems that at idle it goes from 900 to 600 up and down....
will installing this oem gasket for the BAC improve this at all?

I would use an OEM gasket for the BAC (actually, I cut my own). The silicone can get into the vacuum passages.

yeah right now it has a silicone thing with a crappy broken home made bac gasket... i was just wondering if installing this oem gasket i just bought improve this idleling at all? also... can the car run with out the cruise control?

As in, will your car run with the CC removed? Of course it will. Why wouldnt it?

Get an OEM gasket, then trace the gasket out on some gasket paper, so you have one for next time.

thanx man.. yeah the lil air nipple from my cruise control broke... so i guess im gonna removed it for now until i get money to get a new cruise control unit...
