Need Your Help on price !!!!

I've found a 1989 convertible for sale and the guy wants offers. The car has 121K on it and 20K on the rebuild with leather interior. Has new top to go with the car. As far as I can tell the paint is pretty good and is showing no rust at all. What is someting like this worth?
