This is looking at the plug from the WIRE side on a series four. You need to make a ref to the series car when posting a thread. A series five pinout is different.

Picture came from the online wiring diagrams.

I've no idea why two brown/white. The brown/white should be what is called ref voltage and should be approx 4.5 vdc. So if you look at them one at a time with a meter, at least one should read 4.5vdc. IF both read that........you only need one. So I'd make sure the end of the one you don't use can't possibly touch ground, or that will kill the ECU eventually.

A lot of series four have two BROWN/BLACK. Those are ground wires. Your's sounds odd with two Brown/White. Makes no sense. Those two brown/black are spliced together and go to the same socket.

alright just. checked both. one of the brown /white wires read . . . .

5.33 volts the other read .5 volts. i took the .5 volt wire out and plugged the 5.33 volt into the proper pin. car is still not running right, as soon as it goes under load it starts runnign on 1 rotor mostly and stumbles under a fast throttle imput at low rpm.
