Okay I pulled my dash today, originally to paint it, but I took it out and noticed that the group of wires that likes to wrap themselves around my clutch pedal, is actually a sea of wires, to some aftermarket alarm that is no longer in there, and some aftermarket stereo crap that is also gone. Can anyone help me out with which of these might be factory and whether or not I should attempt removing this mess by myself.

how could you drive that car with that control unit sticking out like that? Where in CA are you?

 

So Cal in the San Fernando Velley. Its hard as **** to push in the clutch pedal with all those wires wrapped around it.
