With a ported motor and some bolt-ons, plan on running mid-high 14s. A few more extensive mods and you could run low 14s, probably 13s with slicks. But it wont be easy, as many of us know.

My friend, search and read. Is this your first rotary? NA's hit a wall even with major mods. In other words its hard to exceed 250HP, yet a TII will easily exceed 300 HP with a fair investment. At some point if you want a real fast car, your better off (money wise) to find a TII and mod that car out.

TII are no way cheaper, unless you get a real good deal. A nice TII is going to be a few grand more than an n/a, and insurance is going to cost more aswell. Yes if you want to go really fast you will need an evil snail, but if you just want to be quick for cheap an n/a will do.
