Need some help, I have tried all I know
So I will spare as much of my nightmare back story as I can to avoid your disinterest
I recently purchased a 1987 TurboII, car has a built-up engine with 3mm seals, big port, factory turbo w/ported wastegate, 750cc primary/secondaries, RTEK ecu
I am having an issue where the car stumbles quite violently at low RPM's say when I am leaving a stop light and trying to get up to speed, from 1kish-3kish rpms the car wants nothing to do with it, however when I am wide open good frickin lord does the car fly.
I have ruled out the following to the best of my ability:
No Vacuum leaks, I have replaced EVERYTHING, water tested to the point of nearly submerging the engine, and it holds idle beautifully.
Under the recommendation of the guy I bought it from who is a self proclaimed RX7 guru, I have installed a FD fuel pump, and a adjustable fuel pressure regulator, he thought the issue had something to do with it not getting enough fuel so we did this and still no go
I have done the 12v fuel pump re-wire mod
Changed the alternator, thought it was electrical?
The most recent time I got the car back from the guru's house, it sounds like the buzzer now is on a lot? its very quiet, and I can alter its tone by using the charge (windows, headlights, etc) and the sound seems to get louder when I slow down for lights, then sometimes goes away all together
I am literally lost here, this is my first rotary, and normally I can handle any of these electrical/mechanical issues (my supra was full of them) with ease, however I am completely stumped.
Any help or ideas is appreciated guys, any questions if you want or need to know what else is done to the car just ask, I really am at my end for knowing what to do here.

i would try disconnecting the o2 sensor, and see if that does anything. the ECU uses the o2 sensor at part throttle in the 1100-3500 area only, so if its bad/tired it can cause weirdness, only in that spot
