Need some help

I am considering buying this RX7 at my dad's work. It looks good for its age, its a 1986, 5 Speed 13b N/A. What are some things I need to check out before I buy it. I can get it for $1800. Also, I would be interested in swapping out the motor for a TII motor or other turbo rotary, if anyone has a link to sites that sell them it would be much appreciated.
Thanks,
Chance

Well, it looks nice from the outside. How many miles are on it? As for getting a TII motor, you could get a j-spec engine. They are usually fairly low miles and arent too much money. Sorry, but I dont have a link to a site right off hand.

I'm not to sure on the mileage . Is the J-Spec motor turbocharged? About how much does this style RX7 weigh?

here are a few sites that sell jspec engines. Id recommend reading the FAQ also, it has links on turbo swaps and a lot of other good info.
