Need some help with a 10th anny( Idle)

Did some searching but my 10th anny just started doing this.Even after it warms up it is idling at 2k to 2200.Sometimes it will idle at 800rpm when you first crank it but after it sets for a while and I go back,no matter how far I drive it it will go back to 2k @ Idle. Its not the cable.Any ideas would be helpfull

Could also be the Air bypass valve or the BAC, if equipped, sticking in the open position.

I put on a fulll racing beat exhaust a few weeks ago but I did not remove the air pump.Racing beat said to remove it what harm would it cause to just leave it on?
I guess I will try and change the bac out and see what happens. The only reason i want to keep it is because I do run ac and from what I understand it raises the rpms when the ac on on.
Johnny I will also look into your idea

To check both, all that needs to be done is to either pinch the respective hoses with a needle nosed pliers while the engine is running and check for a drop in idle speed or to simply disconnect the electrical plugs and compare the before to the after. Also, did the problem start initially when you changed the exhaust?
