Alrighty, no one has the spacer that makes up for the difference in diameter between the manual and power steering rack so I'm going to get one machined. Now I don't have an instrument that can measure the diameter of my manual rack or the width of the mounting bracket and grommet plus I no longer have a power steering rack. So if any of you kind folks could at least get me the diameter of the power rack that would be great.

Oh yeah, just in case the part number is FB01-32-145. Mazda no longer caries it. But the FSM does show you a picture of what the hell part I'm talking about.
