Need to sell One. Help me decide

Well I am in a predicament... I can't decide. I have a clean original 1988 TurboII that is complete and running.... also i have a clean FD roller. I can't keep both, so I either need to sell the FD and slowly continue to upgrade my FC. Or I need to sell my FC to fund buying a Mazda KEG and getting my FD on the road. Help!

I was kind of in the same predicament back in the day. That's a nice FC, but you know what you gotta do or you'll regret it for years.

What is the FD missing? As in does it have a complete engine that's just blown or is it missing the entire engine? When I hear roller I think just shell with no engine or trans but that one looks like it at least still has the trans.
That's a tough one but if you think you'll ever want an FD in the future you should probably keep it. I can't predict the future but I'm pretty sure it will always be cheaper to get into another FC than an FD.

I'll take "problems I wish I had" for $500, Alex!

Seriously though, I'd also keep the FD. I like my FC a lot but as others say, it will always be easier in the future to get another FC than to get an FD.

The fd has everything transmission back. And the harnesses are still there. I have and engine with it but it’s not what I want (half bridge and t66).

y’all are helping… it’s just gonna be hard to let the fc go! What’s a good price If I list it? I’m 2nd owner, 130k miles. Runs and drives great.

How clean is it? Really nice T2s are bringing in good money these days too.

It has its flaws but it’s overall clean. Interior is mint

I am bias towards the T2 myself, but that's a tough plan.

That was my main question if you had a complete engine so you would have all the parts you'd need to put on another keg to get it running. I'm guessing you could sell the t66 to go towards a turbo more to your liking.

In my humble opinion, keep the FD.

Now hear out my reasoning, here in Canada, FD's go for at least 40K for good condition stock ones. They are few and far between to even find one being sold. Turbo 2 FCs go for half that maybe. My thinking is, if you regret it later you cant sell the FC and buy the FD with the same money, but you CAN sell the FD and buy the FC again if you choose.

You are already on top with the FD money wise in the end.
