Need a picture of fuse diagram 87 non turbo
I am having a problem with my 87 RX7 Non Turbo. At the moment the horn is not functioning properly. Pressing the button has no effect. I have checked the cigarette lighter does work. I also have checked all of the fuse's behind the driver side kick panel at least all of the ones that are present. There are currently about seven missing. But the original cover is missing lost by the previous owner. I have searched and searched online for a diagram but cannot seem to find one. I was wondering if someone here might be able to help me out? Oh also i checked the fuses under the hood they all seem to be fine. Alright well any help is greatly accepted. Oh yes as well i have looked through both the owners manual and the hanyes manual and cannot find any diagrams.
Thank you

In the FAQ thread at the start of this forum there is a picture of the interior fuse box.
About the horn. When the horn button is depressed you are putting a ground on a wire. That wire goes to the CPU in left kick panel. The ground goes to a relay in the CPU that pulls in and sends 12vdc to the horns.
Make sure the horns have the wires on them and are there in the first place.
It's the 20amp STOP fuse that feeds the horns.
If it's good, pull the CPU plug off. Make a jumper wire and jumper momentarily b/t the Green wire with a Red stripe and the Green wire with a White stripe. The horn will honk.
IF it didn't honk, make sure the fuse is good. Step on the brakes and if the brake lights work then it's good. Or check with a meter on the GW wire mentioned above.
Let's pretend the horn honked when you jumpered the wires. So put the plug back on the CPU. Get a piece of wire and ground one end.
With the other end of that wire bare, back probe the Green wire with a Orange stripe. The horn should have honked. It's the same thing you do if you push the horn button, you put a gnd on the green/orange wire.
So. Honked when you jumpered the G/R wire to the G/W wire. But did not honk when the plug was reinstalled and you put a gnd on the G/O wire. Then it's a bad relay in the CPU.
But if it honked when you back probed the GO wire with a grounded wire, then there is something wrong in the steering wheel area of the circuit.
