My rear rotor housing has a scored spot in it. If I am able to use emery cloth or really fine sandpaper, will it be ok to use for everyday use like that. Since this is my first rebuild, I don't want to have it come apart in 2-3,000 miles. Any opinions would be helpful. The pic below will help if you need to see the spot. It's about 1and a half to two inches long, and it has smoothed out some already.
