Need info on idle adjustment, but globalvaicinity.com is not working

So I have searched the forum on idle adjustment, and plenty of threads points to

http://howto.globalvicinity.com/gv_w...i=61&co=1&vi=1

Unfortunately, the site does not seem to be working anymore. Is there an alternative location from which I can get the same information?

Oh the information is the same on both sites? In that case I have already read it. I was just wondering what this mysterious piece of information everyone pointed to is.

Now on adjusting the air adjust screw, I know FSM says I should ground the test connector. What would happen if I forgot to do that?

the BAC valve would try to compensate for the idle adjustments and you'd never get anywhere

the test connector sets the BAC valve duty to a fixed value
