OK, here is the story:

I have a 87 TII, that Im in the process of rebuilding. It is going to be a stripped down, everything unnecessary removed race car. I am trying to figure out exactly which sensors/connectors I NEED for the engine to function and run like it should. I am removing EVERYTHING unneccesary, and making my own wiring harness. The turbo is the stock one right now, but it has an aftermarket waste gate, BOV, boost controller, and an HKS F-Con. Any help is appreciated, thanks alot.

 

Download the Factory Service Manual from www.fc3s.org or www.iluvmyrx7.com. Specifically get the EFI/Turbo and Wiring Diagrams chapters. In the EFI chapter there's a list of all of the EFI system components, plus a list of ECU inputs and outputs. Between these lists and the wiring diagrams you should be able to work out what can be removed.
