well you need to know which led is dcc1 and dcc2. can you play a longer video so i can see when the pattern reapeats to make sure i wrote down the "communication" right. also actually say clearly when you put the car in the on position so i can make sure the first "CODE" isnt just a signal to say "hey the ecu is on and i'm about to tell you whats wrong with it". So far without being sure yet i can see 4 or 5 codes in your vid. The pauses in the light flashing also help indicate the code number, like when it switches from led1 to led2 and vice versa. so far without including the pauses on a few i have.
1) LRL instant no pauses
2)RLL, long pause R
3)LLR no pauses
4) LRL(cant remember pauses)
5)RLLRLLR(multiple short and long pauses)

once it is verified that this segment is indeed the repeating segment of code it would be easier to break down each code into individual videos to make it easier to decipher the numerical value of the code. I'm not an expert at this and i'm shooting in the dark but i dont see anyone else handing in their two cent yet

thanks for the response
after some investigation i have concluded that the code is most likley related to the fact the fuel pump in over powering the stock fpr i have 55psi with the key on so i will get an aftermarket fpr most likely solve the problem. if i get codes after i fix this ill report back with a better video and a indication on which led is dcc1 and dcc2 .

i am still getting a error i recorded a longer video from the beginning i am really not good at this Morse code i believe one may be code 12 trailing coil failure
also you are correct dcc1 is the right led and left is dcc2 i confirmed this from fc3s pro website.
any help is appreciated.

I'm having a hard time reading them as well. FWIW, I used a red LED for DCC1 and a yellow one for DCC2, put them in a project box and engraved the codes on the box so it's all right there if I need it.

trailing was the issue i found that the coil packs were poorly grounded and that solved the problem.
