need help(replacing ignition switch)

need help(replacing ignition switch)

ya some jackhole broke into my car last night...forced the top back and took the deck and about 5K worth of CDs from europe and japan..

but they tried to steal the car and broke off a key in the ignition switch...and jacked it all to hell. any advise on replacing this would be greatly welcome, as my car is un drivable till then..(i got my daily drver...but its no fun

blah if i ever find(wich i dont think will happen) the kiddies that took my ****...there done fore...

Simply drill out the "tamper proof" bolts on your old ignition switch, and install the new one with "normal" bolts.

Oh, and instead of keeping the original CDs in the car, invest in a few hundred CDRs and copy.

or invest in sony's in-deck or in-trunk hard drives.

or get one of the many mp3 players available and burn 5 cd's on one (only 5, to preserve quality ) Easier to hide 100 cd's than 500.
