Unhappy need help quick!! car wont start!?

Try to leave office but the car wont start. I could hear the relay kicking but the starter has no response at all. The voltage is ok. This is acturally not the first time but I somehow fire it jump with a couple more try. No problem when cold but this happens more frequently in this couple week. Maybe the ground for the starter? Or, my starter is gone? Please help.

cars runn of amperage, not volts. a battery w/ no juice, and a fresh battery will still have 13.7 volts. the question is, how many AMPS are left in it?

it just sounds like a dead battery. try jumping it when u have this problem. i have this prob all the time w/ my car, and it turned out, my radio power wire was burnd out, and slowly leaking power to ground, givin me a dead battery if the car wasnt started after a few days.

chris

edit; btw, i had a similar prob w/ my trans am, it turned out that the starter was PHYSICALLY stuck internally. and itd seem like a dead battery, cuz it wouldnt crank. also, the reman. starter i replaced it w/, had a shittily mounted B+ stud on the solenoid, so sometimes, id have to jiggle the batt cable to get it to make contact inside the solenoid.

pull the starter, that way u can check the wiring, and have the starter tested. test the batt too. walmart does it for free, so will autozone.
