Need help/opinions

Hey I have been lurking in the dark on this forum for a while now, doing research and whatnot. I had a few questions that I couldn't find with the search button!
1.I am getting this car for almost free What do you guys think of what it says? Sound legit?
2. What is this Throttle Body Mod I keep seeing pop up all over the forum?
3. Breaking in a rotary same guidelines as a piston? harsh break in or a easy break in?

Thanks for your help

the tb mod removes the secondary throttle plate i believe.
as for breakin:

if i were you i would tear that engine apart and see how badly it was screwed up.
-check the porting
-ask if he got things balanced when he switched rotors

Sweet thanks for the link. I already have a car to drive so i could tear it down. If i were to tear it down i would have to get all new gaskets? right? I'm going to meet with him today and he says he has all the "papers" from atkins proving the rebuild. I would like to find more info on this throttle body mod.
