Need help in OC

Ok im relaying this help message. I only know of FD since my dad has one. So anyway a friend has a FB, a girl, and im assuming havent gotten all the info on the car yet.

here is the message from my friend

"A friend of mine has an older RX7 (2nd gen?) black vert (nonturbo auto gah) that is having some problems starting. It sounds to me like the ignition is dying and needs to be replaced, but she can't find any shops that will give her any sort of straight answer/quote about her cars symptom. Like most college students she doesn't have much money and can't get into something if she can't pay for it, so I was hoping I could help find her some sort of reputable/reliable/cheap shop so she won't get ripped off and stuck having to drop school or anything like that. Any help on good shops or suggestions would be appreciated greatly"
