need help locating some relays

i need to find out where the relay to the fuel pump, the headlights.. not the head light motor. the cd player, and the dome light things.. i have the haynes book, and it shows a picture, but i went to go check in my car, i didnt find ****. its all wierd, anyway to tell the difference from one to another? its cuz i blew some fuses when i hooked up my battery, and the alternator screw thing was touching ground and shorted my main relay along with others.. the problem is locating them. thanx

The on-line scanned copies of the Factory Service Manuals are at the link in my sig below.
Look in the body electrical section.

The fuel pump relay is under the air cleaner box.
The main relay is near the clutch master cylinder.
The headlight relays are on the bumper support rail.

I think you may be getting nomenclatures mixed up here...

The main relay, which feeds the injectors, is the bigger one near the trailing coils (the smaller being the starter cut relay if alarm equipped)...

What I would call the fuel pump relay is called the circuit opening relay by Mazda, and on your '86 may be located under the dash, to the right of the steering column...

The headlight relay will be the 2nd from the right (as viewed from the driver's seat) among the group of relays on that forward frame rail...
