need help installing manual boost controller

should be pretty simple but i am dumb, one end goes to wastegate, where does the other end go again?

one goes to the wastegate then the other goes to the turbo. there should be a vacum line from the wastegate to the trubo already. so put the other vac line on the turbo where there already was one
