Unhappy Need Help! Installing Cosmo RE13BT on FC3S

Guys, I need help. I did some search on this topic, but seems no one real detail instruction how to do this. Can anyone help me? I have the engine mount custom made. FC tranny is mounted on the RE13BT. Only problem is ECU. I was comparing FD3S's ECU with Cosmo RE13BT wire, they seem will fit. But will it work right? If no Can anyone give me a detail ECU wiring diagram or instruction how to put FC's ECU on Cosmo's wiring. I will make the twin turbo to non sequential. Since FC ECU cannot control that. Please help me to complete to project. Thanks!

Er, is it a 13BT or a 13B-RE?

No, this is not recommended.
The Cosmo sequential twin-turbo system is slightly different than the FD3S 13B-REW sequential twin-turbo system.

The stock Cosmo ECU does NOT work unless you're using the Cosmo auto trans.

Who told you you could use a 13B-REW FD3S stock ECU???

I'm not expert, but from what I know/read, this is a huge project with lots of money to be invested in. Instead of compromising an FD ecu, could you not use an aftermarket standalone ecu?
