Need help installing AFR on top of F-con

Need help installing AFR on top of F-con
I have a HKS F-con and am trying to hook up a HkS AFR but the chip in the F-con is too radical to idle. On the manual it says hook up the blue wire to the F-con but where? Any help would be appreciated.
