need help with ignition harness

ok so i pulled my whole harness for the engine becuase i was supposed to be getting a new one which i did. the guy sold me the wrong one. the plug to the ecu didnt even fit so i got screwed on that. my problem is that the ignition harness that goes to the starter and the alternator is all chopped up or looks like it. i was wondering if someone had pictures of theres or could shoot me a diagram that is easy to read so i can hook everything up. also the fuse box that is in the engine bay with like 7 fuses in it is missing a few, would this cause a problem?

Missing fuses can be a problem even more so if you are missing the one that allows your engine to start. Do you have a pic of your harness?

Here is a pic of my engine bay fuses these are what you should have in yours.

Forgive the mess was doing a rebuild at that time dirty as hell lol.

I don't have any of the harness atm I will have to go and take some. When you say it looks chopped up are you talking about the actual wires or is it the plastic shrouded around the wires.
