Need help Identifying this relay.
Hey guys , trying to figure what previous owners did to this car .
ive been tracking wires here and there, but noticed this relay on the firewall and I'm not sure if it's plugged the correct way or not.
Maybe someone here could help me out
The lime green wire has another wired wrapped around it that it's grounded to the chassis, and the middle plug doesn't have anything connected to it.
What are these wires for? Is that really where the relay goes ?
Colors of the wires are:
i believe 14awg
Black with white stripe.
Black with green stripe.
16-18awg
Black with green stripe and brown dots
Lime green with yellow stripe and brown dots.
It's a S4T2
Thanks in advance!

Its not a factory relay, but the wires look like the wires for the starter cut relay. If you disconnect one of the wires and the engine will not turn over then that's definitely what it is. I have seen the connector for the starter cut relay disintegrate from heat and crumble. There is a chance that this has happened and someone used an aftermarket relay. That or the relay failed and instead of buying the correct relay, the person destroyed the connector for the starter cut relay just so they could use an aftermarket relay. The starter cut relay should be bolted to the body next to the main relay.
