penetrating oil

You will need to drill or use vice grips to remove the one that your stripped the head on.

Try sears or a auto parts or hardware store for somthing similar.

I'd say they are usually corroded pretty well, but your location says you are from Florida... hmm. Oh well.

Anyways... lots of penetrating fluid, and a hammer. Try actually tightening them a tad to break the corrosion.

For the one that's stripped. Lots of options, but no really simple ones.
1- Vise grips, and oil (and a hammer to set up vibrations- carries the oil- very important)
2- Got a dremel? Grind a slot in it, and use a big screwdriver and a pai of pliers on it.
3-Weld a piece of metal to it, or a nut or something you can grip.
4-Drill a hole in the middle, and shove an easy out in it (any harware store)
5-Drill the whole damn thing out
6-Just drill the head off, and leave it.

Interesting,
I'm with Icemark.
<in a sarcastic tone>
If all else fails you could try the chain saw though.
I want to see the pics if you do though.
