The harness unplugs inside the car. There is also a pain in the butt bushing that secures it to the car and door frame. You need to pry at the little clips with screwdrivers, while cursing...It will eventually come off.

'im sry but i'm kinda new with this. So the harness is inside the body of the car? ..would u happen to know it's location?..also, would i need to remove the side fender to unfasten the 6 bolts that attaches the door to the car?...One more thing, i noticed that on the 'new' doors, the electrical wire is just cut off...will i still be able to install those doors?..or did i make a mistake in buying them?
thanks for your help

The harness starts under the dash, then goes through the door frame (under the A pillar), out into the open, then into the door. The open part is protected by a rubber jacket.
You don't need to remove the fender to get at the wiring harness, but you may need to do so to remove the door (depends on the tools you have, and how much punishment you can take).
You need to pull the cut harness out of your "new" door and replace it with the harness that came out of your old door.
