i just bought a new outside handle and it's pretty much already installed. except i can't figure out how to make the locking mechanism work. if i lock it from the inside, the key will unlock it from the outside but the problem is that it wont lock it and unlock it again. i have been fighting this for a while now, any help would be really appreciated.
