Need help deciding on new turbo

Ive got a t2 swapped vert and im thinking about upgrading my turbo soon do u think a t04s 60-1 .60/.80 would spool decent (as in like under 4k) on a non ported t2? its either that or a t04o .50/.70 but im afraid that one might run out of breath up top.... also id like to note that the motor will be comming out for a large streetport and inspection probably by the end of the year.... so what are you guys opinions on this, any other suggestions are welcome as well

The .80 might even be a little on the small side. It'll spool really fast down low, but might start running out of breath sooner than you'd like. These are T4 flanged turbos right?

Yeah if you're going to port eventually I'd hold out for something bigger. Most of the turbo rotary builds you'll see are based around at least a .90 T4 or higher hotside.
