Angry Need HELP! Car smokes

When I change gears there is usually 1 giant cloud of smoke (bluish white) but only when I shift and let off the gas. If I shift fast and dont decelerate it doesnt smoke at all. It is usually worse if I am sitting at a red light for a couple minutes. The wierd thing is it doesnt smoke at start up or at idle or even if I rev to 7k rpm, its just one puff at deceleration. It only does this when it warms up. The smoke smells very strong, not sweet. The car also has a terrible hot start problem.

Things I have tried...Injectors rebuilt by RC Engineering, Compression @ 100psi front and rear, Built LED code reader from RETED website, O2 was bad replaced, still smokes, engine regrounded, new wires, plugs, fuel filter, set timming, set TPS to 1k at idle, wide range in spec, no vacuum leaks removed check valve from fuel pump.

If the turbo seals were bad woudnt it smoke other than deceleration like at startup? I think the hot start problem and the smoke may be related???? This is really pissing me off!!
Please HELP!! Thanks

Could be oil control rings on the rotors, if you still have the thermal pellet in there, this could be why it doesn't smoke on start up.

The motor only has 15,000 miles, I hope its not the oil rings. Anyways I have the revised thermal pellet from atkins.

I guess I will remove the turbo and look for oil deposits in there. Anybody know where I can get a rebuild kit?
Thanks for the info
