Exclamation need help bad!!!!!!!

i was comming home and i turned the corner and went to accel. and my car just started sputtering i'd hit the gas and it would not accel. it just lunged back and forth i had it to the floor and it would not go very fast the RPM's went from 1-3-1-3-1-3 would not go up so i turned the car off gave it a min and started got 50 feet and it did it again the i shut it off again and drove it 7 miles home whats wrong i cant firgure it out thanks for the help

well sounds like one of 2 things, spark plug wire came loose or something to that effect or a similar thing happened to your primary injectors. When was the last time you put a new fuel filter in?

You may be in "limp home" mode. The car will try and save itself by only letting you rev to about 3k. I'm not exactly sure what problems lead to this; but somebody here knows.

i've been having the same problem... so my dad has a spark plug tester i put it on the top holes and there was spark then i put it on the bottom and one didnt and the other one was blinking. so i came to the conclusion that the coil was messed up. hopefully getting one from the junkyard today.....

i just put new NGK plugs in and BORG WARNER 9mm wires in it has been running perfect then this morn my thermostat housing cracked AGAIN so i am gunna order it tonight and have them overnight it
