need help asap guage cluster problems

Well i was driving my friends 86 rx7 tonite and everything seemed fine when i was driving the car but when i got out and turned it off my friend went to turn it on later and the guage cluster didnt work...The speedo is the only thing that works, the tach oil volt water and fuel dont work I dont know what the hell is wrong we took it off and saw nothing abnormal (plugs pluged up) so I took them off and put them back on still no sign of life. What can be the problem? Im wondering if the guages went out while driving and i didnt notice. What else could lead to that problem. I mean this is very weird and i need answers fast because "race wars" is coming this saturday the 4th and his car is a respectable 14.6 1/4 mile and he needs every guage to work... The car has 212000 miles on it and is original cluster.. just more info - PLEASE HELP - Gabe Medo

Well, I know the tach is grounded to the trailing coil, as for the others, possible CPU problem? I'm not too sure...

Sounds like a blown fuse. All the gauges (except the speedo which is mechanical) are fed from a 7.5A fuse on the IG1 circuit, which is the 2nd row down in the fuse box.
