Unhappy need help!!

i have a 88 vert with t2 drivetrain (rear, tranny, driveshaft) and the diff mount broke. i got a comp diff mount from rb and my rx7 tech welded plates around the rubber so it wouldn't brake as quick. my car is clunking like the mount is broken but i checked it and its still solid. any ideas on what could be clunking under there.? the car is lowered on rx8's if anyone needed that thanks

Check again. You probably broke the tab off the subframe because of the welded mount.

Get a pinion snubber installed when you find the issue. Make sure your rear differential bushings look ok or you will be breaking front mounts left and right.
