Unhappy need help with 6ports problem

This is on the '90. Okay here's the deal: I can get the rear aux port actuator to move by hand to the extended position. I can't move the front one at all by hand. After extending the rear actuator it stays out and won't go back in. I removed the actuator and it works fine with air pressure, and retracts as well. The sleeve moves fairly easily by hand with the actuator off. There is at least some air pressure getting to the actuator from the car running(it stuck partway open after driving the car and running up the rpm's). I oiled the mechanical connections. It still sticks. It takes extra pressure to open completely too. What should I do? I don't think I want to remove the manifold if the sleeves aren't stuck, but I do want the ports to work properly. Any help will be greatly appreciated. This is the most confusing problem I've come across with this car yet. I just doesn't make sense why it sticks.

If I were you id just bite the bullet and take the manifold off and clean everything out. Its amazing how much crude is all over the manifold piping.

Yea, you probably want to take it apart and clean it, it may fix the problem. Or you could just wire them wide open.

Don't buy In Into "wiring the open". Bite the bullet and take out the sleeves and Install the Pineapple racing ones.

I did that. While I was their I changed my OMP Lines machined cleaned my Fuel Injectors, cleaned out my Oil Nozzles and OMP. I also scrubbed and polished all the parts of the Intake with sensational results. Finally, I cleaned out my BAC Valve and TB.

Man I tell you, was worth the Investment. I practially gave my motor the biggest possible tune up w/o actually tearing It down!

Like said above, you should really take as much off as you can and clean it. Get some racing sleeves too.
