Non turbo I am assuming?

if you swap all the exterior engine parts, including the MOP, Fuel Injectors, alternator, engine harness, intake, etc and remove the EGR valve from the S4 motor it should work fine (and you honestly probably won't notice much difference since the S4 motor is only about 2 ft/lbs less power than the S5 motor).

Swap the p/s and a/c bracket to the new engine - it should just bolt up.

To elaborate, your chassis' wiring and a lot of things attached to your S5 engine are different, so you want to reuse them and bolt them to the S4 "keg". Have a look at the FAQ or reference section at the top of the second gen. page.
