after I change the primary fuel rail and some vacume lines, the car won't start properly. I do can get the engine running by push in the air flow meter with some throttle.

I check the vcumme line couple times. no obvious problem with routing. And the fuel rail is brand new.

Could it be the primary fuel rail?

I live in South San Jose. Any good shops?
