Need coolant leak advice please!

I just completed my TII rebuild. I got the motor in the car and everything was good. Took the car to the dyno and there was no leak. Now all of a sudden, I have coolant collecting on the top of the motor right where the intake manifold meets up with the engine. There are little ponds right under the secondary injectors collecting on the motor where there are little caverns. I need help thinking of possible situations that might've gone wrong. I can't totally see under the intake manifold and fuel rail but I know that there are lakes building from the front of the motor to the back. I'm sure its starting from only one place and moving along the whole block but because it leaks faster than I can get from the drivers seat to turn it on to the front of the car, I can't tell if its coming from one of the housings. I'm pretty sure its not coming from the front cover but I can't be totally sure yet... Has this situation ever happened to anyone or does anyone have any good ideas of what might've gone wrong?

There's an o-ring between the lower intake and the rotor housings. If it fails (or just plain isn't installed) you will get this exact leak.

What about the return tube coming off the Thermo Wax Pellet? It connect from the block, right next to the secondary closest to the passenger, to the Throttle body. That could have come lose.

Wow, you guys are fast, I just posted this! Thanks, I did put in the o ring. I'm probably gonna try and take off the manifold just to check. Oh, and I removed everything from the manifold so there is no coolant running from the filler neck to any parts of the manifold or throttle body. What I'm kinda worried about is that it wasn't leaking at the dyno! Its freaking me out cause I am now pushing 18 psi and the temp has gone as high as 110 degrees celsius. I'm hoping I didn't blow some seal. The only good news is that I know its not leaking into the combustion chamber or with any oil. I hope its that o-ring on the manifold!
