Need to buy transistor for blower
I just found out the transistor that controls the fan speeds for the blower just went out on my car. Also found out that a brand new one from mazda is over $200! Does anybody know where i can find a new one that is much cheaper?

Buy the blower HOUSING from someone without the fan. Hopefully you'll find a good one. See wrecking yard for one.
For those who might not know, it's the finned outfit in the jpg attached. That's a series four blower housing by the way. Series five are a bit different. Fewer wires.
