need brake help!!!

I have a problem with my brakes and it is really puzzling me. I have done many complete brake jobs on various vehicles but buddies TII is giving me problems. i have searched for countless hours and can not come up with the answer i`m lookin forhere on the forum. me and a friend took his front calipers off his TII to change the pads, i did the normal compress with c-clamps, put pads back in, went to bleed the system and no fluid would come out, tried to back bleed, but still no fluid with bleeder screw open and someone pumping the pedal. I figure the calipers are froze, so my friend bought new ones, and guess what same thing! what is causing the pistons to not work? i realize that this is a 4-piston set up, but why can i not get pressure to the pistons?? I did disconect the line from master cylinder and fluid shoots out when brake pedal is depressed. I also bled the rears and the work fine. All help will be appreciated!!!!!

Any idea how old the master cylinder is? It's possible that you compressed the pistions a bit too quick, and it caused the o-rings in the cylinder to break, allowing the fluid to just go around, instead of moving the piston inside of there. When you pull a line, there's no resistance, so no reason for the fluid to go around the o-ring..

I'd look into replacing/rebuilding the MC. For the cost, you should probably just replace it.

we were kinda thinking that was the problem, but when i compressed the pistons, i opened up the bleeder screw so it should`ve relived the pressure in the system

Try bleeding the brakes at the brake line at each wheel instead of the bleeder. Those bleeders could be plugged up. If you still dont have pressure, its probably a bad Master Cylinder or Proportioning valve.

we bought new calipers for the front and with the bleeders open no fluid comes out when we try to bleed them. I can`t figure y the rings in the MC would break while i had the bleeder screws open. when we take the lines off the calipers fluid will squirt out everytime. I bled the back, and they work, so what the f**k is going on????????????? I`ve never had this problem in all the years i`ve worked on brakes.
