need advice on control arm bushing replacement

Got one done, removing old bushings wasnt too bad, just burned em and popped em out with a torch. Now im just stuck getting this back on, like the pivot bracket holes dont line up because the bushing pushes that rearward. ANyone else experience this? Im trimming some of the bracket area on the bushing to bring it forward some but still needs some work.

I've done this three times with Energy Suspension bushings. I prefer to use S4 A Arms on my S5's so I get the replaceable ball joint (credit FC3S91 for that really good idea). Even using the S4's in my S5, everything bolted right up with no modifications. So really confused you having a problem, albeit you might have to bend the ears of the mount a bit to get the pivot point in. They clamp back when you simply tighten the bolt.

You've got the drivers side pictured. Where is the sway bar end link bracket?
