Need Advice Before I Buy Another FC

I'm looking for an FC to buy so I can get it worked on.

I saw a 1986 FC Non-Turbo that is selling for $500
clean inside
great condition
car runs perfect
starts everytime

Would you guys recommend getting a S4 FC and swapping it for the 13BT?
I can always wait and look for a S5

I'm going today to check it out and take more detailed pics but here's a preview of it:

I'll be back with more better high quality pictures.

you maybe in for some unknowns with that. the sleepy eyes, cone filter, and exhaust don't bode well for all maintenance being performed to spec. Just make sure you check over it very good and verify it doesn't overheat or smoke excessively on cold start.

CA sleepy eyes

sleepy eyes are easy to fix
most likely the owner took off the retractor relay
and went under the car to the ***** at lift the headlights up and down and set them to be sleepy eyes

and from the looks of the picture
the car
looks pretty nice
for an s4 NA

the exhaust from the picture you posted looks like they
changed the muffler thats all

the cone air filter
when i bought my s5 it was the same thing
i just got the stock air box and replaced the stupid cone

good luck on your purchase

it's not bad for $500.

if you want to do a turbo swap there are way more s4 parts
