I'm struggling to see how you could have a 3" flange and still retain the stock bolt holes...maybe i'm just not using my imagination...

You have to dimple the pipe at the bolt locations, I may end up having to use a RB 2 1/2 flange and a 2 1/2" x 3" reducer

RB also has the 3" DP

3" DownPipe

http://www.racingbeat.com/FRmazda2.htm

I just got off the phone with RB, they use the 2 1/2" flange on the DP referenced above. I ordered it. I have an Idea!!! I'll post it as soon as the right parts arrive.

You mean the stock exhaust that bolted to the turbo?

Or the turbo outlet?

The turbo outlet is 2" However it has 1/2" that can be ported out to match the 3.15" DP that RB sells.

The stock piping is 2 1/4" inside

outside is 2 1/2"
