my silver tII is roxy...just sorted happened although i think the corresponding 'r' and 'x' in the name is sweet.

 

I dont name my cars. But some of them come to me named.

The GXL I drive right now is "Rocky"
The GXL I threw away was named "Eyesore"
The 86 Base I threw away was named "Cubert"
Pele named my 87 TII Parts car "The Slammer"

I call my other 87 TII parts car "DAK's car" because DarkAngelKamui used to own it
I call my 90 Convertable "The "Vert" because thats what everyone esle calls it

I'm debating calling my running TII "Christine" because thats how I got her, Mazda dealership said she was dead, said the engine was blown, and the compression testor read a solid ZERO on all faces .. . . just pushing her around in circles till suddenly she fired up and ran.. . . but it still had low compression . . . kept driving it in circles till it got more and more compression . . .

 

Betsy is the name of a big cow of a call, like we call the 88 Oldsmobile "bessie".





My Rx-7 is named "ZipTie", cause everything on that car has been held in place with zipties at least once in its life. Although I think most have proper mounting now.. Time to tear into it again

 

Mine is called Stinky......... i had a 93 sho taurus that was green..... i called it greenbean.

 

I named mine Joey Mingia.
we're more friends than anything else, the car is a tuff **** and has some serious attitude.

 

Mines called "Claudia", but only when im in the right mood, or its the SEV

What exactly is with people giving them names? It's kind of freaky... I just don't quite see an Isabel or Emily when I look at an FC.... you people need some meds!

Mine is called Roxanne. Like the song by Sting and the Police. For a lot of reasons. It has been called an airplane tho. And a Moneypit. But thats why I love her.

 

I call her roxy also. Lately its been labeled "P.O.F.S".
