Question Name these things! (harness and fuses and stuff)

So I found a few wires broken when refreshing the harness, and theres a few things that I HAVE NO CLUE WHAT THEY ARE. However, I know theyre important.

^^This plug to the engine is attatched to the clip in the next pic. The end is broken and goes to a wire near the crank angle sensor.

^^ This is near the MAF Sensor.

^ and i Believe that these are to the BAC sensor?

So if anyone knows what this stuff is off hand, I very much appreciate it. I'll keep searching the forums.

1st pic...

The hexagon shaped object that your finger is touching... Is there a similar looking object screwed into the front rotor housing, just above the trailing (upper) spark plug?

That's your knock sensor and should have one wire attached.

2nd pic...

I don't see anything broken here... Can you use MS paint or Photoshop or something to draw a circle around the broken part or take a pic pointing to the broken part?

3rd pic...

I believe you are correct... The only other green Bosch style connector (With locking wire) is on the coolant temp sensor behind the water pump. The others are for the injectors.

Red circle... Its a connector... It appears to be put together.

Yellow circle... Nothing goes there normally. A screwdriver goes there when you're adjusting it.
On top of that, you'll see "R" and "L" for Rich and Lean. You adjust that **** and it changes the mixture. It's sealed with glue from the factory, but you can chisel it out.
