I'm looking for a Turbo 2 but was just wondering how much work is it to convert a 2 nd gen NA to a 2 nd gen TURBO II ??

Does it all bolt up with drive shafts, axles ,diff, brakes,etc.
PArts interchangeable??

And how about WIRING??

Or should i just wait for a Turbo 2 to come along ??

I'm in the middle of this right now. I ordered a jspec turbo engine with all attatched parts and trannie. Now I've had to find a wiring harness and ecu for a turbo. I'm thinking it would have been easier to just buy a turbo II but my N/A was toast anyway so it was either replace the N/A or go turbo. Plus where I live rx-7's are rare. We don't even have any third gens that I've ever seen, just a handful of seconds and three or four firsts so it wasn't like I could just go out and buy another one.
Since I would find it hard to sell the car not running even if I did decide to replace it with a factory made turbo I decided to go turbo when I replaced the engine anyway. But it's a pain in the *** to do it with parts. If you could find a turbo car for parts you'd be ok. And you have to be careful with s4 and s5 cars too, which I'm glad I found out now before I ended up with an s4 engine and s5 ecu or something.
