Like the title says, I'm wondering if a USDM S5 TII ECU (N370) is swappable with a JDM S5 ECU (N374)?

I did a search of threads and found some people wanting to put S5 JDM engines and ECUs into USDM S4 cars, but couldn't find the info I need.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

You will lose the check engine light since the the N374 does not have it.
